We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

5. Content & Fiction

Project Strange hosts two types of content: sighting reports (presented as real events) and fiction (clearly labelled creative writing). You agree to:

• Accurately label your submissions as real reports or fiction
• Not present fiction as factual eyewitness accounts
• Not deliberately fabricate reports to mislead the community

We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted reports. All reports represent the personal accounts of individual users.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Project Strange a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, including any images, audio, or video. Do not submit content that infringes the copyright or intellectual property rights of others.

7. Advertising

Project Strange displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising partners. These advertisements help fund the operation of the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion. We may also suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms. We are not obligated to provide advance notice of content removal.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any content on the platform is accurate, complete, or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Project Strange does not endorse any claims made in user submissions. Sighting reports represent the personal views and experiences of individual users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Strange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or its content.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
